With a career spanning technology, digital transformation, and strategy, Dustin has worked across industry, government, and community sectors to help organisations solve complex challenges while driving meaningful social impact.
As the founder and CEO of Gadali, he is passionate about increasing Indigenous participation in technology and creating pathways that empower people, strengthen communities, and deliver lasting economic outcomes. His leadership is guided by a belief that innovation is most powerful when it creates opportunities for others and contributes to a more inclusive future.
